The QuickPlate variable type clamping plate is used to hold a vehicle wheel on a wheel balancer only as a pressure plate in conjunction with a centering unit (such as DuoMatic, DuoExpert or Konus collet) and a wing or quick-release nut.

The range of use of the QuickPlate variable type clamping plate extends over 4-/5-/6-hole rims and can be used on all car and light truck (transporter) rims with a pitch circle diameter of 95 to 182 mm. The centering bolts of the QuickPlates can be retrofitted with various bolt heads for variable use in wheel balancing.

The operation of the QuickPlate type clamping plate is carried out by play-free coupled adjusting elements with synchronous quick adjustment and locking device.

That is, the eccentric are not only connected by a toothing, but in addition with a friction element (O-ring), which allows a backlash-free and synchronous adjustment of all holding elements, so as quickly as possible to set the desired bolt circle and set by means of the braking function. The QuickPlate variable type clamping plates have been certified by TÃœV Nord and are always subject to the strictest manufacturing quality requirements.
