Assembly

Mounting of the mounting post including hexagonal post with tension spring
Attaching the extractor arm
Mounting/connecting the tire inflator
Mounting of the mounting container incl. holder
Attaching the claw guard
If necessary, retighten the V-belt from the turntable
Tightening the nuts and bolts
Fine adjustment and control of the compressed air system
Second test run of the machine
Mounting the 380/400V power connector (if you buy the 400V connector additionally, it will also be mounted)

Checking the pedal unit (repair kit or replacement if necessary)
Adjust pedal unit if necessary (tipping speed of mounting pillar)
Adjusting the pressure of the tire inflator
Electrical: Checking the state of the reversing switch/speed switch
Checking the claws and the claw guard
Checking the condition of the squeeze arm
Visual inspection of the rubber cover on the ejector
Check, tighten, and attach the bead pusher
Checking the condition of the mounting column and the tensioning device
Check power supply (plug, condition of cables, fuses)

Lubricate all components according to the operating instructions

Briefing

Briefing of the operating personnel (operation, safety equipment, maintenance,...)

Note further procedure (offer for repair, replacement machine,...)
Apply service label (If there are no defects)
Pictures of successful installation for archive
