Semi-automatic swivel mount column

Swivel range of 90°, also facilitates mounting of smaller wheels, e.g. for quads or lawn mowers, specifically developed for simple, efficient working.

Rim tension range 10-24"

Clamping ranges of 10 - 24" are possible with the three-way adjustable jaws, with ranges of over 30" depending on the model.

Flow and return with 1200 Nm torque

The turntable can be moved clockwise or counter-clockwise by means of the foot pedal switch. The transmission has been specifically tuned to generate the highest possible torque.

Self-centering 4-fold clamping jaw system

Wheel positioning and centering is accomplished through the automatic mechanical centering system. The two powerful hydraulic clamping cylinders guarantee the proper clamping of the wheel.

Tire inflator with pressure regulator

Our ergonomically shaped tire inflator with pressure limiting valve enables a quick and efficient tire inflation up to 16 bar (complies to statutory requirements). Models with AIR-SHOCK system feature a pedal-controlled inflation system (only fully automatic AP models).

Ergonomic tire bead breaker

Integrated bordering elements facilitate ease of use. The supplied plastic protection allows for an even gentler pressing-down of the tire bead.

Reinforced octagonal column with tolerance adjustment

First-time use of an enhanced octagonal steel column. New steel treatment technologies achieve an even higher pressure resistance. Independent tolerance readjustment possible, thereby avoiding costly damage to rims.

Included plastic inserts for assembly head

High-quality plastic inserts prevent damage during contact between mounting head and aluminum rim.

Spare parts supply

Large spare parts warehouse with more than 20,000 certified parts in original RP-TOOLS quality.

Powder-coated surface

Our machines are powder- coated instead of painted. Thick coatings guarantee a high resistance to mechanical stress and a good insulation value against electrical voltage. Weathering and acid-resistant, environmentally friendly.

We exclusively use high-quality components. The ergonomic foot pedals facilitate and significantly speed up the assembly process. The entire unit can easily be pulled out from the front of the machine for maintenance.

Starke Maschine und gut zu bedienen!

Negativ:
Der Motorradreifen Montiersatz ist verbesserungsfähig da bei der Montge von alten schmalen Motorradreifen mit Schlauch die Klammern von unten zu sehr nach oben drücken, es sind die Krallen die zum Spannen von innen nach aussen dienen, die drücken den Reifen nach oben und somit wird das nach unten Drücken ins Felgenbett erschwert.
