The clamping system is actuated by foot pedal via 2 pneumatically operated pneumatic cylinders
Steel rims are clamped from the inside and alloy rims from the outside
For low profile run or special wheels, it is recommended to use auxiliary arms with assembly chain
Recommended temperatures for tire mounting: min. 15Â°C to max. 50Â°C

Advantages

Fully automatic mounting pivot column

Specially designed for easy and efficient working. The mounting arm folds backwards, allowing you to mount very wide tires quickly and efficiently.

Rim tension range 10-24"

Due to the 3 times adjustable clamping jaws clamping ranges of 10 - 24 "are possible, depending on the model also clamping capacities over 30".

Forward and reverse with 1200Nm torque

The turntable can be moved clockwise or counterclockwise using the foot pedal switch. The gearbox was specially tuned to produce as much torque as possible.

Self-centering 4-fold clamping jaw system

The wheel is automatically positioned and centered by the mechanical centering system. The two powerful pneumatic clamping cylinders guarantee a proper tightening of the wheel.

Tire inflator with pressure regulator

Our ergonomically shaped tire inflator with pressure relief valve allows fast and efficient tire inflation up to 16 bar (meets legal requirements). Models with AIR-SHOCK system have a pedal-controlled filling system (fully automatic AP models only).

Ergonomic tire bead breaker

Own limiting elements guarantee easier operation. The supplied plastic protection allows even more gentle pressing of the tire.

2 rotation speeds for efficient work

With twice the speed of rotation, it has been proven that faster tire assembly / disassembly is possible. Over 2 speeds have only fully automatic 400V machines.

AIR-SHOCK air filling system

Our AP machines are equipped with a standard AIR-SHOCK air filling system. The comfortable filling system helps to fill newly installed tires easily and quickly and consists of a pedal-controlled tire inflator, as well as a filling system with pressure accumulator and nozzles in the clamping jaws.

Stronger & longer tail pivot

With this top model with a stronger and longer tail pivot column wider rims can be mounted than with our standard machines. Also provides an additional fixation of the swivel column.

Easy upgrade

The machines can be easily and easily upgraded with auxiliary arms, adapters and other elements.

Egal ob Firma oder Privatperson, lieber dieses Modell auswählen und ein bisschen mehr zahlen aber dafür richtig Spaß&Freude haben bei der Montage, durch den Hilfsarm spart man sich jede Menge Kraft und Energie!!
Die Montage Anleitung für Maschine und Hilfsarm sollte detaillierter ausgeführt werden, trotzdem noch immer 5 Sterne wert!!!! Der Kauf lohnt sich…

Leistbares Profigerät
Habe diese Montiermaschine öfters in Profiwerkstätten gesehen.
Da ich oft selbst mein Auto repariere habe ich mir die selbe gekauft und ich kann sagen es zahlt sich aus.
Für diese Qualität eine so Qualitativ hochwertige Maschine zu bekommen und mit Hilfsarm montieren sich die Reifen fast von alleine.
TOP! Weiter so RP-TOOLS!!

Super, gerne wieder
Super Gerät, Die Lieferung erfolgte ohne weitere Probleme und das sehr schnell. Spedition fragte genau nach dem Lieferungsdatum an und hielt diesen auch ein. LKW Fahrer rief kurz vorher noch bei mir an um die Maschine entgegennehmen zu können.

Muss sagen ein erstklassiger Service, reibungsloser Ablauf und sehr gutes Produkt.
Besitze auch eine Hebebühne von R&P und bin damit mehr als zufrieden.

Einziges Manko: Die Aufbauanleitung sollte auch in gedruckter Form mitgeliefert werden da die Aufbauanleitung immer am PC anzuschauen sehr umständlich ist.

Ansonsten TOP Qualität für diesen Preis.
Bin begeistert, Die Reifen kann ich nun viel leichter Montieren und schone so meinen Rücken.
